Corner 16: Southern Comfort Food and Burgers in Knoxville, TN

Went to Corner16 for Valentines Day They had a special menu for the night which was a nice fun touch to the evening. We had such a good experience here - the handmade soda to die for, sooooo delicious. I will say the mac could have used a little flavor but overall still decent. My burger was great & very filling. Definitely a cool place for an easy dinner !

So glad we gave this one a try. Off the beaten path but worth the short drive. We elected to eat outside. Lots of tvs & huge,safe,enclosed area for kids to run & play (had to be aware of soccer balls rolling around, kids were respectful). Food was fresh, nice options to chose from and service was good. I had the tuna poke bowl & husband had a mushroom, bacon, cheese omelet.

Loved the atmosphere of the outdoor seating area with games and stuff for the kiddos to do while the adults got to hang out. Big menu with a lot of variety. They had a hefty build your own burger section, so I went with that. It was good and the onion rings were crispy. It was our first time, but I’m sure we will be back.

Brought the grands to play at their outdoor seating area. Balls and toys provided for kids. The appetizer (bacon-wrapped burnt ends) were excellent! Waiting on turkey & dressing (and thankfully they offer cranberry sauce) and burgers.

I wish I had taken pictures. Great atmosphere and staff. Wonderful food.I highly recommend the French Dip Burger !!!! Has an outdoor astroturff lounge area for the summer. Bar area for drinks is separated from the restaurant by a glass wall which is neat. Definitely a go to if you haven't tryed them yet.

We had such a great experience at Corner 16, thanks to our server, Larissa. She was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and made us feel taken care of from start to finish. She checked in at all the right times, had a great attitude, and really elevated our dining experience. Excellent service like hers makes all the difference. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have Larissa again!

While finishing up at Silver Creek Dental, we asked the receptionist where we should eat lunch and she said she eats at Corner 16 all the time. Off we went! We were seated without a wait and our orders were taken quickly. Our waitress, Summer, handled my nut allergy professionally and with style. I ordered the pork chop with a side of cornbread dressing (hence the need to check for nuts) and my husband got the fish and chips. I was glad the chops came with the spicy/sweet sauce on the side, as it was tasty but too spicy for me. The chop was thick and cooked perfectly. The dressing was almost too salty but yummy. I wish there had been a wee bit more of the quinoa rice than what came with it. My husband loved the fish and chips and remarked about that there was more fish than coating, a rarity nowadays. My only complaint was that it was very cold inside. Overall, a great lunch.

This was our first visit and it was great! The food was great, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant. I had the French Dip Burger and it was so good. I would for sure get it again! The only recommendation I have to the people in charge is to add some crayons for kids for the kids menu. We will be back!
